Hello, I’m Zhao-Long. I’m the founder of Pillar Strength, where my mission is simple: to help people build bodies that are strong, capable, and built for life. My journey into fitness didn’t start with natural talent. Growing up, I wasn’t the sporty kid, but rather the opposite. I never imagined that training would become such a defining part of who I am. Through consistency, discipline, and a genuine passion for learning, I transformed my relationship with movement; that’s what inspires the way I coach today. 


My coaching is built around functional training, combining strength, mobility, and longevity to help clients move better, perform with confidence, and feel their best both inside and outside the gym. Whether you’re training for everyday life, or simply to become a stronger version of yourself, my focus is on building sustainable habits and lasting results.


Pillar Strength represents more than a name; it’s the philosophy behind everything I do. Strong foundations create lasting success, and my goal is to help every client build the physical and mental resilience to thrive for years to come.
