Olympic Lifting Technique

Perfect for those new to Olympic lifting or wanting to refine the basics. Learn proper barbell positions, movement patterns, and technique in a supportive, beginner-friendly setting.

Powerlifting

Focus on the big three: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Build strength, confidence, and solid lifting form through structured, progressive sessions.

Olympic Lifting

Train the snatch and clean & jerk with purpose and precision. Designed for lifters with foundational experience who want to improve technique, strength, and performance.

Team Training

A coach-free, open class environment for experienced lifters. Follow your own program, train alongside others, and use the group energy to stay motivated and push your limits.

Kids Fitness Classes

Our Kids Fitness Classes are designed to help young people build confidence, strength, coordination, and positive movement habits in a fun, supportive gym environment.

Suitable for ages 8-16, classes run in small groups to ensure quality coaching and a safe, encouraging experience for every child.

Term 1 details:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:00pm (45 mins)
  • Starts 10th & 12th February
  • Max 12 kids per class
