I have been immersed in exercise my whole life, from sports to the gym & group classes. Exercising is not only a hobby but a good form of discipline and mental relief.
I was in and out of the gym for a good few years before learning how to programme workouts effectively to reach my goals. Thinking of what exercises to do is a stressor to most gym goers and the reason why we sometimes stop showing up. i help my clients reach their goals by ensuring they show up and stick to our plan.
