About
From a young age, I developed a deep love for health and fitness, starting with swimming and netball, and eventually discovering my true passion in resistance training. Stepping into the gym as a teenager, I quickly realised that fitness is about so much more than just physical strength – it’s a powerful tool for mental wellbeing, resilience, and self-confidence.
Now, my mission is to help others feel strong both inside and out. Through weight training and sustainable lifestyle changes, I support my clients in building not only physical strength but also mental toughness and long-lasting habits. I truly believe that fitness should have a place in everyone’s life – no matter how busy your schedule may be.
