I love getting stuck into moving my body in different ways for how it makes me feel, the community it brings, and the resilience it builds. With my experience in strength training, running, interval training, and dance, I support clients to feel motivated and confident in their own fitness journey.
I believe fitness should be enjoyable, sustainable, and accessible for everyone, something that adds to your quality of life rather than feeling like a burden. My approach is enthusiastic and empathetic with a focus on building confidence, improving overall health, and creating a positive relationship with movement that supports both body and mind.
