My background is in Māori health, and I hold a Diploma in Sport and Exercise Prescription as well as Māori Health Promotion. I’m currently studying towards my Bachelor’s degree in the same field.
My coaching style takes a holistic view, focusing on overall wellbeing—helping you move better, feel stronger, and live a balanced, healthy lifestyle. It’s not just about the gym; it’s about building long-term habits that uplift your hauora (health and wellbeing).
I have experience in sports coaching, skill-based strength work, rehab, and fat loss. I love helping people take their training to the next level or rebuild confidence in their movement after injury or setbacks.
